A MOTHER'S PRAYER

If there is power in a mother's prayer,
Dear Lord, protect this child of mine.
Shelter and defend him
Until the end of time.

Dear Lord, connect this child of mine
To a source of love and hope
Until the end of time.

If there is power in a mother's prayer,
Instill wisdom in this child of mine.
Guide him in your ways, dear Lord,
Until the end of time.

I KNOW THE POWER OF MY PRAYER
WILL SURROUND YOU, CHILD OF MINE.
AND GOD WILL BLESS YOU AND KEEP YOU
UNTIL THE END OF TIME.
